Solution 1: Check Keyboard Power Mgmt Settings

Step 1: Go to Start, select Control Panel. When Control Panel Window is open, Click on Hardware and Sound Panel. When Hardware and Sound Window is open, click on Devices and Printers.

Step 2: Scroll down to your hardware (keyboard) and right click on it. Now select Properties option.

Step 3: Select the Input device (Keyboard) and double click on it. Now Click on Change Settings and then on Power Management. In the same Window, Uncheck the option "Allow Computer to Turn off this device to save power".

Solution 2: Disable Non-Plug and Play Driver

Step 1: Go to Search bar, type devmgr and press enter to continue. Select the Device Manager from the list.

Step 2: When Device Manager Window is open, click on View tab and click on it. Scroll down and select Show Hidden Devices. As a result, drop down list of devices will open. 

Step 3: Select Non-Plug and Play Drivers. Right click Beep and select Properties. In Properties Window, click on Driver tab .In driver tab, click on Disable. Finally, click on Apply and OK to save the changes.

Solution 3: Create New User Account

Step 1: Go to Settings Apps from the menu and open Accounts option. When Accounts Page will open. Navigate below to Family and Other Users. Scroll down to Other Users Section. Now, click on Add Someone else to this PC.

Step 2: One the next page, scroll down and click on "I don't have this person's sign-in information". A new window will open to Create a new account.

Click on the "Add a user without a Microsoft account"option below. Click on Next. Enter the name and password of the new Administrator account.

You must ensure that the new account should be of administrator type. Select the correct Account type and press OK to continue

Solution 4: Turn Off Toggle or Sticky Key

Step 1: Click on Start button and select Settings. In Settings window click on Ease of Access. Click on Keyboard at the left panel of the Window.

Step 2: On the right side of the Keyboard panel, you will find Toggle and Sticky keys. Toggle their options to Off mode.

Solution 5: Update Peripheral Devices

Let us take Network Adapter as an example. 
Step 1: Press Windows Key + X to open User Menu. Navigate to Device Manager and click on it. When Manager page is open, scroll down to Network Adapter and unwrap it. Right click on Driver in use. Select on Uninstall device.

Step 2: When uninstall is complete, restart the Computer. The driver will automatically get downloaded. If this not works, right click to select properties.

Solution 6: Turn off Filter keys

Step 1: Click on Start button and select Settings. In Settings window click on Ease of Access. Click on Keyboard at the left panel of the Window.

Solution 7: Scan All registry using CCleaner tool

Step 1: For scanning the Registry you need to download the CCleaner software from official website. After downloading the Software, open the CCleaner. You can download the Free version. Click on the Registry option at the left panel of the CCleaner Window.
