Solution 2: Turn Off Fast Startup

Step 1: Go to the search bar and type control panel. Click on the match content from the list. When control panel window is open.

Solution 3: Uninstall the USB Controller

Step 1: Press Windows Key + X to open Tool Menu. Scroll down to Universal Serial Bus 
Controllers and unwrap it. You will see many driver software installed in the list.

Step 2: Right-click on each of them and choose Uninstall. When they are uninstalled restart the computer. It will automatically be installed during computer startup. Now check if the problem is solved.

Solution 4: Change Power Mgmt. Settings for USB Controllers

Step 1: Press Windows Key + X to open Tool Menu. Scroll down to Universal Serial Bus Controllers and unwrap it. Right-click on USB Root Hub and select Properties.

Step 2: Navigate to Power Management in the USB Root Hub Properties window. Uncheck the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” option. When done click on OK to save the changes.

Step 3: Navigate below to the Export range. Checkmark on All. Select a perfect location which is safe. Enter the name you want and press Save.
